Return policies on AMAZON Items shipped from Amazon, including Amazon Warehouse, have the option to be returned within 30 days of delivery to the EPS Miami warehouse (not in the Dominican Republic), although there are some exceptions:

Items intended for babies have the option to be returned within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Gifts from baby gift lists, can be returned within 365 days after receiving the shipment in Miami.
Items purchased from your birthday gift list can be returned within a 90-day period from the time of delivery in Miami.
Products bought from your wedding gift list can be returned within 180 days after the delivery date in Miami.

Return policies at SHEIN

You have 30 days after receipt in Miami to return a product from this store.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. They do not accept used, damaged, washed, or altered items.
Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.
They do not accept items returned without a prior return request.
You cannot return the following products: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, party decorations, craft supplies, pet products, beauty products, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

To return a product purchased on eBay depends on the return policy of each seller (which can range from 30 to 60 days or not accepting returns), so it is necessary that you know this policy before executing the purchase.
