- You don’t need an EPS account to be able to send and/or receive packages or documents through this service.
- You can track your shipment and/or receipt through our customer service center by calling +1 (809)540-4005. On the invoice, you will find the tracking number.
- The payment must be made by the person who sends the documents or packages.
- You must present your identity document (identity card or passport), in order to send a package.
- Likewise, to receive documents or packages you must show your identity document.
- Your items must be previously packed. However, they will be opened and checked before you receive them at our branches or agencies.
- The delivery time when sending from Santo Domingo to the interior is one (1) day, as long as the package is brought to one of our branches before 3:00 pm.
- The delivery time when sending from the interior of the country to Santo Domingo is 2 to 3 days, as long as the package is brought to one of our branches before 3:00 pm.
