You don’t need an EPS account to be able to send and/or receive packages or documents through this service.
You can track your shipment and/or receipt through our customer service center by calling +1 (809)540-4005. On the invoice, you will find the tracking number.
The payment must be made by the person who sends the documents or packages.
You must present your identity document (identity card or passport), in order to send a package.
Likewise, to receive documents or packages you must show your identity document.
Your items must be previously packed. However, they will be opened and checked before you receive them at our branches or agencies.
The delivery time when sending from Santo Domingo to the interior is one (1) day, as long as the package is brought to one of our branches before 3:00 pm.
The delivery time when sending from the interior of the country to Santo Domingo is 2 to 3 days, as long as the package is brought to one of our branches before 3:00 pm.
