  • Returns are only accepted for packages originally brought by EPS and must be made through the same account and at the same branch through which the package was received.
  • Return items must be worth less than US$500.00 and weigh a maximum of 29 pounds (package volume must not exceed 270 cm in length or a total 419 cm long combined perimeters).
  • Returns are limited by clients to 2 returns per month.
  • The return service only applies to the transportation of the item to be returned to the carrier in the USA. If the customer receives a replacement product from their supplier, they must pay as a new shipment in EPS.
  • The parcel return service does not allow the return of items: flammable items, spray, medications, pictures with frames, batteries, air bags, alcoholic beverages, perishable foods, dry ice, firearms, stuffed animals, foodstuffs, vitamins, aerosols, explosives, human hair and/or wigs, untreated wooden items (fumigated), gasoline.   • Returns only apply to orders made through online stores.
  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with the seller’s return policies, since EPS only acts as a carrier and is unaware of the suppliers’ internal policies.
  • Customers are responsible for any taxes related to returning the package.
  • EPS does not assume responsibility for loss or late delivery once the package has been delivered to the carrier in the United States. We recommend that you ask your supplier for return authorization via FedEx, DHL or UPS preferably, so that you can track your package.
  • EPS does not assume any type of claim for returns delivered to the American mail (United States Postal Service or USPS), given that its delivery times within the United States may extend up to more than 25 days after receipt in American territory.
  • Items with lithum batteries will have an additional charge of RD$2000.00 + ITBIS because they require special handling and permits.
  • For items over $200, you must include the commercial invoice to make the return.
