What is the new EPS shipping address? What happens if I send my package to the old address?

EPS has grown and has been operating in Miami since 2023 at a much larger and more modern facility, allowing us to process all your orders more efficiently, quickly, and conveniently. Keep in mind that if you do not use the correct address, your packages will not reach us.

This is the correct way to input your shipping address:

Name: Customer’s name
Address line 1: 8298 NW 21st Street
Address line 2: APT (enter your full EPS account or member number here)
City: Doral
State: Florida (FL)
Country: United States
Zip Code: 33122-0002

 

If you used the old address, you risk losing your packages, as we no longer have access to the previous location. We strongly recommend that you always verify this is the address you’ve provided to all your suppliers for online purchases.

If you use freight services for commercial purposes and shipments exceeding 100 pounds in a single order, refer to the freight section, as the addresses differ when using this type of EPS service.
