If I entered the wrong or old EPS address for an order, what will happen to my package?

For over two years now, we’ve moved to a new address in Miami to offer you a larger and more efficient space for handling your packages. This change was communicated through all our official channels, including emails, social media, and updates on our platform.

It’s important for you to know that we no longer operate at the old address. The previous offices are now occupied by new tenants who have no connection to EPS or any courier services. Therefore, any package sent to that address is at risk of being lost or held, as it is completely outside our operational control and far from our new warehouse.

Some stores may refuse to deliver your purchase when they realize it’s not EPS, but others may simply leave it there without requiring a signature — and your package may be lost. To ensure your merchandise arrives safely, always double-check that you’re using our updated Miami address.
