Throughout these three and a half decades, we have traveled a path filled with challenges, learning, and, above all, continuous growth. This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our clients, collaborators, and business partners across the country.

Today, we are proud to offer premium services at no additional cost to our clientele, such as our returns service, which has generated greater confidence when making online purchases. Additionally, we have expanded our network of offices nationwide through a successful franchise model, becoming the courier with the largest coverage in the Dominican Republic, including remote cities like Neiba and Imbert, and other locations in all four cardinal points. We currently have 89 contact points across the country, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all our customers.

A Growing Sector: Industry Trends
The courier sector in the Dominican Republic has shown steady growth in recent years, driven by the rise of e-commerce and the increasing demand for efficient logistics services. According to the Dominican Chamber of E-Commerce, online shopping in the country has grown by 18% annually over the past five years, reaching a sales volume of over 1.2 billion dollars in 2023. This growth has been accompanied by a 15% increase in the demand for courier services, as more consumers prefer to receive their products directly at home, which commits us even more to providing efficient service with added value.

In response to these trends, EPS has implemented advanced technological solutions, such as real-time shipment tracking and flexible delivery options, free delivery, and other agile solutions that adapt to the preferences of modern consumers. We guarantee the availability and speed of product delivery at pickup points and have developed an infrastructure that allows our customers to enjoy this modality with the same efficiency and confidence as their traditional shopping services.

Moreover, the rise of cross-border shopping, driven by platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shein, Temu, among many others, has increased the demand for international courier services. In the Dominican Republic, it is estimated that more than 40% of online purchases are made on foreign platforms, leading to a 22% increase in international shipments over the past year. EPS has responded to this demand by continuously improving its transportation and storage services in Miami, ensuring reduced delivery times and safe handling of packages.
