We are extending our available hours for you and adding select Sundays during the peak season. The Christmas season brings more shopping, more shipments, and less time. To make sure nothing is left undone, we have extended our hours during the busiest weeks.

This way, you can ship, pick up, and resolve matters at the moment that is most convenient for you.
📦 Late Closing: We are extending service windows for the “Voy Pa’lla” service to speed up lines and deliveries.
📦 Select Sundays Open: We are enabling service at key branches for pickups and payments.
📦“Voy pa’llá” and Prepaid in the app: Pay beforehand and go straight to the pickup area in branches that offer these services.
📦 Delivery Available: Available at almost all our offices so you can receive your package without traveling and avoid the season’s traffic jams.
📦 Priority in Peak Season: If you need maximum speed, our Priority service (48–72 hours from Miami) is the best option.
📦 All our services available for you: At Christmas, times get shorter and schedules fill up; use the service that best suits your needs.
