1) Buy Gifts Early (and Upgrade to Priority)

2) Avoid Traffic: Use Your Membership’s Free Delivery

We know the city gets intense in December. That’s why you should remember that your membership includes free delivery at participating offices. We’ll bring it to you so you don’t have to drive or stand in line.

How to take advantage: When you receive the “ready for pickup” notification, choose home delivery (where available) and coordinate the time that suits you best.

3) If Something Doesn’t Fit, Free Returns

Wrong size? Different color than expected? With your membership, you get free returns. We help you prepare the return and manage the shipment back according to the store’s policy.

Tip: Keep the packaging and labels until you try the product; taking a photo of the order number makes the process easier.
