Items to be returned must have a minimum invoice value of US$40.00 FOB and a maximum of US$500.00 FOB. The customer must present the purchase invoice.
The package must comply with a maximum volumetric weight of 25 pounds, calculated by multiplying length × width × height (in centimeters) and dividing the result by the factor established by EPS. The billable weight will be the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
Must NOT contain flammable items, medications, or items prohibited from entry into the United States.
Must be returned to the same office where it was received and through the same account.
EPS is not responsible for charges or duties applied by U.S. Customs.
We have established a fixed, one-time fee of RD$500.00 per return to cover taxes and duties. If the amount applied by Customs exceeds this value, the customer will be contacted to pay the corresponding difference.
