Items to be returned must have a value greater than US$40.00 FOB and less than US$500.00 FOB. The customer must present the purchase invoice.
The maximum allowed weight is 30 pounds for the use of the free service. The package volume must not exceed 270 cm in length or a total of 419 cm in combined length and girth.
Each customer may make up to 2 free returns per month.
They must NOT contain flammable items, medications, or items prohibited from entering the United States.
It must be returned at the same office where it was received and through the same account.
