The customer must present the purchase invoice.\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">\n      The package must comply with a maximum volumetric weight of 25 pounds, calculated by multiplying length \u00d7 width \u00d7 height (in centimeters) and dividing the result by the factor established by EPS. The billable weight will be the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">\n      Must NOT contain flammable items, medications, or items prohibited from entry into the United States.\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">\n      Must be returned to the same office where it was received and through the same account.\n    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div role=\"presentation\">\n<div>\n        EPS is not responsible for charges or duties applied by U.S. Customs.<br \/>\n        We have established a fixed, one-time fee of RD$500.00 per return to cover taxes and duties.
