For over two years now, we\u2019ve moved to a new address in Miami to offer you a larger and more efficient space for handling your packages. This change was communicated through all our official channels, including emails, social media, and updates on our platform.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important for you to know that we no longer operate at the old address. The previous offices are now occupied by new tenants who have no connection to EPS or any courier services. Therefore, any package sent to that address is at risk of being lost or held, as it is completely outside our operational control and far from our new warehouse.<\/p>\n

Some stores may refuse to deliver your purchase when they realize it\u2019s not EPS, but others may simply leave it there without requiring a signature \u2014 and your package may be lost.
