Our hours are listed in the branches and agencies section https://www.eps.com.do/sucursales-y-agencias/, as not all of our offices follow the same schedule. We offer extended hours during special seasons, which are announced through our social media — follow us to stay updated.

The Naco and Arroyo Hondo offices in Santo Domingo offer extended hours exclusively for customers using the “VOY PA’ YA” service, which allows you to pay in advance via the website or app. With this service, your package is ready upon arrival — no lines, thanks to special service windows.
