If the account owner cannot go personally to pick up their packages and chooses to have a third party do it, they must authorize the pickup by sending an email to customerservice@eps-int.com or by calling their local office directly indicating the name of the person and their EPS #. The email address from which the authorization is sent must be the same as the one on file for the EPS account. In case of authorizations via telephone, the operator will verify the identity.
